Better Training
Starts Here
Reward-based training, grounded in behavior science, for real life, big feelings, dog sports, and fun. Whether you’re raising a puppy, building better manners, living with a reactive dog, chasing a title, or looking for something new to do together, we’ll help you find a thoughtful path forward.
Ways to Work with us
From structured programs and group classes to private coaching, rentals, workshops, and free community resources, CynoCentric offers multiple paths depending on your dog, your goals, and the kind of support you need.
Rolling Enrollment Group Classes
Flexible, small-group classes for the skills dogs often need right away, including puppy foundations, manners, leash skills, recalls, focus, and settling. Students can join right away, continue at their own pace, and practice around a changing group of classmates as dogs flow in and out.
Choose your dog’s category in the main menu, or find these on the calendar.
Limited Series Group Classes
Focused, small-group specialty classes with a set start date, end date, and consistent classmates. These courses build from week to week with a defined curriculum, structured practice, and homework between sessions.
Choose your dog’s category in the main menu, or find these on the calendar.
Workshops & Seminars
This is where we put the specialty topics, guest presenters, deep dives into behavior and sport, intensive skill development, and creative projects we are especially excited to offer. Workshops and seminars may be 90 minutes, a full day, or a multi-day event, and they give us room to present things that do not fit neatly into a regular weekly class.
Choose your dog’s category in the main menu, or find these in our events.
Comprehensive Rowdy & Reactive Program
Our flagship program for dogs who bark, lunge, freeze, scan, or struggle around other dogs. Built and refined continuously since 2009, Rowdy & Reactive combines reward-based training, skilled coaching, carefully structured levels, and specially trained helper dogs to give teams a clear path forward.

Private Coaching
One-on-one training for people who prefer individual support, dogs who need a quieter setup, and goals or behavior concerns that do not fit neatly into a group class. Private coaching is our most flexible option, with sessions scheduled around your needs and focused on your dog, your household, and your priorities.
Choose your dog’s category in the main menu, or meet our trainers.
Practice Dog
Book a trained helper dog and handler for controlled dog-distraction practice, indoors or outdoors. The practice dog, handled by our experienced trainers, can be adjusted from calm and neutral to active and distracting, giving family dogs, sport dogs, and reactive dogs a way to continue their independent work on focus, settling, recalls, neutrality, recovery, and field skills.
Find it on the rentals page.
Community Events
Free, people-only events for local dog owners who want useful information and guidance. Ask a Dog Trainer offers small-group discussion for people who feel stuck and need direction and support, while Spotlight On events use lecture, demonstration, and Q&A to explore one training or behavior topic at a time.
Find these in our events.
Puppy Training Resources
A free library of practical puppy training help, including videos, exercises, safety plans, recommended reading, and step-by-step guides. These resources give insight into common puppy questions such as house training, mouthing, play biting, body language, socialization, handling, separation, greetings, resource guarding, puppy play, and early training skills.
Find them in our free puppy resources.
Facility Rental
Rent our indoor training building and/or fenced outdoor field for your own training or recreation time. Our facility gives you access to private, controlled spaces for dog training, sport practice, movement work, recalls, and focused practice away from public distractions.
Find it on the rentals page.
